The School Club is a very important fundraising sub-committee of the P&C as it aims to promote the interests of our School by bringing parents, children and teaching staff into close co-operation with each other.
School Club meetings are informal and a great opportunity to make new friends. The meetings are usually held monthly in the Staff Room and younger children are most welcome.
The School Club's activities typically include:
- Morning Tea for new parents of the school
- Easter Raffle
- Mother's Day and Father's Day Stalls
- Fundraising events such as chocolate drives
- Orientation day morning tea
- Thank you morning tea for all the classroom helpers at the end of the year
- Cake Stall (if there is a Federal/State Election)
- School Discos
School Club members are asked to volunteer a little time to help with these activities. Monies raised by the School Club are then returned to the P&C Association. The P&C Executive Committee received requests for support and based on the priorities and needs of the School and students, present these for approval by a full monthly P&C meeting. For further information on how to be part of School Club please contact us via the school office.
